OrdersOrders are received on a first come, first served basis. As some wines may only have a limited amount of stock, please wait for our confirmation email before proceeding to the payment. For all orders, customers are required to settle within 7 calendar days from the date invoices have been issued. Terroirfic reserves the right to cancel orders when payment has not been received after the 7th day.

Kindly refer to the bank’s cheque cut-off time to avoid delays or cancellations. We are unable to accept cash or check on delivery as we use third-party couriers. We do not offer any credit terms.

StorageAt present, Terroirfic doesn’t provide storage. All orders need to be delivered within 14 days. For purchases above HKD 5000, we are happy to keep the bottles for up to 30 days (subject to warehouse availability).

DeliveryTerroirfic offers free delivery for orders over HKD 1500. For purchases below HKD 1500, we charge HKD 100 per delivery. We regret that same day delivery is not available at this stage. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for deliveries to be arranged, especially during peak seasons. Self pick-up is currently unavailable. Delivery Dates & Time Monday to Saturday: 11am to 4pm / 4pm to 8pm Sunday and Public Holidays: Not Available Lunar New Year’s Eve, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Dec 24, Dec 31: 11am to 4pm only We do our best to accommodate special requests. Kindly understand that depending on traffic conditions, we may not be able to guarantee delivery during specific time slots.

Breakages/ ShortfallUpon delivery, please immediately examine all items for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims must be logged at the time of delivery or otherwise, breakages and shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.

Refund PolicyTerroirfic reserves the right for all final decisions. If a wine is corked or out of condition for consumption, Terroirfic will consider every case individually. Replacements are subject to availability, without obligation. If replacements are unavailable, refunds or credits for new purchases will be arranged by our team. Since corked or out of condition wines are faults from cork manufacture or wineries, and are sometimes related to age, we only accept replacements or refunds in the following circumstances: 1. Wines that are not over 12 years old (not older than 2010). 2. Wines that are under HKD1200 per bottle (750ml). 3. Wines that are purchased within 30 days after delivery.

Law and JurisdictionAll sales and contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. 根據香港法律,不得在業務過程中,向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。
