Lemon Zest, Quince, Oak, Roasted Nuts, Butter, Hint of oxidation

Created by Marc Colin at the end of 1970s, today the estate is run by his two children, Caroline and Damien, with vineyards in the villages of Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Santenay. The estate practices organic farming, chemical weeding is avoided.
Altogether with around 80,000 bottles of annual production, surprisingly 90% are white wine, only 10% red wine.
